DHA Islamabad has revised the transfer fee to give relief to our valuable members. With immediate effect following rates of transfer fee will be charged for the individual category according to the size of plot:- |

| Revised Surcharges Rates |

As per DHA policy in vogue, surcharge @ 6 month kibor+5% for the next six months from 1 Jul, 09 to 31 Jul, 09 comes to 17.54% per anum. Therefore the surcharge at the revised rate will be levied for the period ibid. |
