Phase 1 was launched in May 1992 and is situated in the serene and picturesque loop of Soan River close to Grand Trunck (GT), following the asymmetrical terrain of the potohar. Phase 2 is spread over an area of 7025 kanals which is divided in 2378 Residental plots of one kanal each, out of these 1200 have changed hands. This phase has been divided into five sectors. This phase is fully developed with all amenities, taking care of your principal as well as your leisure needs. Plots of standard size ( i.e 50*90 and 45 * 100) are allotted to members. Construction activity is in full swing, 165 families have occupied the houses while 146 houses are under construction.

Perimeter fence has been made all along the boundary along the bank of River Soan for better security and to keep the encroachers at bay.
Defence Mall
Defence Mall has been constructed in Jinnah Avenue with 30 shops at ground floor and DHAI offices at first floor.
Shopping Complex
Mini shopping complex has been arranged to cater for daily utility items for the residents.
Mosques
A Jamia Mosque for 1000 persons and a sector mosque for 300 persons have been constructed.
Telephone Exchange
A digital telephone exchange has been established and telephone connections are being provided to the residents of Phase I. Work is in progress in Phase II and services will be provided very soon. This exchange is subsequently expanded from 400 to 3000 lines.
CABLE TV Services
Currently, Cable TV services started and provided only to the residents of Phase I. Services will be started in other phases very soon.
Water Purification Plant
Water purification plants have been providing healthy, impurity free water to residents.
Jogging track and Crazy streets
Beautiful Jogging tracks and crazy streets have been provided to all the residents.
Security
DHAI provides its residents with 24-hour security. Security personnel conduct mobile patrolling during the night. All security personnel are equipped with efficient wireless communication.
Fire fighting
DHAI has its own fire fighters to protect the community against injury, loss of life, destruction of property of fire. Fire fighters respond quickly and work as a highly organized team to put it out.
