| Defence Mall has been constructed on Jinnah Avenue with 'DHAI TELEMAN' office, Customer Support Center for JV projects (DHA Villas, Sector-F, DHA Valley, DHA Valley Overseas Block, Business Bay, DHA Homes) and shops on ground floor.
Customer Dealing departments such as Finance Dte, Transfer & Record Dte (now in a separate building), Town Planning & Building Control Dte, Projects Dte, Marketing Dte, Administration Dte are on the first floor. Other departments such as IT&T Dte, HR Dte, Legal Dte, Land Dte, Security Dte, Chief Engineering Branch and Cafetaria are in the basement.
Customer Support Center (JV projects) are working from 8:30am - 4:00pm. The Customer Support Center on ground floor is dealing with all matters whereas Transfer & Record Dte (near Jungle Restaurant) is dealing only with for opening of file, amount depositing and legal matters regarding transfer of plot. Procedure to be followed for file opening is at a glanse:
Step 1: Customer submits amount in bank.
Step 2: Customer will get membership form from file opening counters.
Step 3: Customer will verify amount from fin dte.
Step 4: Customer will go to file opening counter and submit the documents.
Step 5: Customer will receive Allotment Certificate
