Islamabad , 23 June, 2004: Perfect Endeavors, signed an agreement with Defence Housing Authority Islamabad for " installation of petrol pumps & CNG stations " to be located in phase-II of DHAI.
Three petrol pumps, one each of PSO, SHELL and TOTAL are under construction each including a spare parts shop, service station, mini mart, compress natural gas facility, workshop and a restaurant. This project is under taken by Perfect Endeavors, and the pumps will be well dispersed over the commercial strip astride the Sheikh Zaid Bin Sultan Al-Nahyan road.
Perfect Endeavors is a partnership firm, having vast experience in the fields of real estate development, construction, installation and operation od petrol pumps and CNG pumps. |

Islamabad, 14 Oct, 2004: Access Global Pakistan (pvt) Ltd, signed an agreement with Defence Housing Authority Islamabad in order to form a joint venture company namely, " DHAI-Teleman " to provide Digital CAT-V , High speed Internet , Security surveillance & telephony through Hybrid Fiber Coaxial(HFC) and Broad band Access network covering total area of 1,500 Square Kilometers and will undertake the provision of this coomunication system to all household and commercial concerns in DHA Islamabad. A comprehensive security system would be launched and will be first in any housing society in Pakistan. |

The service will be provided Primay / middle /high school, college, hospital, police station, post office. |

Islamabad, 9th July, 2008: Defence Housing Authority Islamabad signed an agreement with Elysium Holdings Pakistan Limited. Name of the project shall be, "DHA Elysium Ranches Defence Housing Authority Islamabad".
Elysium Holding Pakistan Limited is a public limited company company duly incorporated under the laws of Pakistan and having experience in real estate in Pakistan. The project shall comprise of plots of individual units of private/personal ranches/farm houses of various size, residential villas, town houses, commercial areas, infrastructure and other facilities and components, including hotels, hospitals, schools, community centres, clubs, entertainment areas, golf course, golf course residences, sports and recreational areas and facilities, water features, horticulture and land scaping etc. The total area of land shall be 30,000 kanals approximately. |

Islamabad, 6th June, 2008: MVD signed an agreement with Defence Housing Authority Islamabad. Company project shall to management of marketing, pre sales and sale, designing, construction, commissioning financing of all the activities of "Shop a Shop project" from the sale proceeds, of commercial shops on the project site of DHA Islamabad Phase II Extension Overseas Sector. Eight floors shall be constructed in the project. This project was done. In order to generate funds for the establishment of Harvard University in Health Education City DHA Islamabad Phase II.
