|
Development of Soan Marina has been planned by Mazood Giga UAE negotiation with foreign and local investors is in progress. Five to six kilometers of Marina drive has been planned which consists of five to six River view apartment sites with beautiful view of Soan River and surroundings. Its also includes Picnic areas, entertainment parks, bird sanctuaries, water sport facilities, restaurants and jogging track. Construction of River view residency will commence in 1 st January, while this product would be launched during Aril/May 2005. |

| The project will be designed constructed and operated by International Spectrum Development Inc, An American Based Company. The spectrum Family Entertainment Center (EFC) will be state of art, contemporary and of such design as to enhance the natural surroundings. The facilities will include rides (Roller coaster, Ferris wheel, spring ride), 24-32 lane Bowling Center, amusement arcade, skating ring and miniature Golf club, water park/Theme park, cinema, live entertainment areas. The facility will feature high-end full service restaurant with banquet halls and a world-class food court. |

| DHAI-AMARIS INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL COMPLEX |

Western Capital Development L.L.C will construct a hospital namely "DHAI-AMARIS International Medical Complex" on an area of 50 Kanals to be located in DHAI phase-II introducing Health Insurance Scheme to the Residents of DHAI / others for Seeking out door Medical Care/Treatment of affordable cost basis from the designated hospital complex. Trainings for the paramedics/nurses has been planned.
This project is envisaged to provide a medical complex consisting of a 27 floor building with a 303,000 sqft covered area. This complex will provide international standard services like helicopter Ambulance, ICU, NICU, CCU, PCU, emergency care and burn center equipped with state of the art computerized systems. The residence of all the staff (from consultants to nurses) will be provided in the hospital with two 15 storey buildings of 500 flats. This complex would be a general hospital catering both to indoor as well as out door patients.
A medical and dental college is also envisaged in the near vicinity of the complex which will cater to the medical educational needs of prospective students in Islamabad and in surrounding areas. Each department in this medical complex will have one clinic. All in all complex will consist of 29 departments, with 28 clinics and one intensive care unit. |
