World Trade Center is a venture that's being crafted by Al-Ghurair Giga Pakistan (pvt) Ltd on "Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Road (G.T Road)" located in Phase-II.
Work is in progress on the five office towers and the hotel tower of the World Trade Center Islambad. Pilling work on the hotel is on hold as hard stratum (Sand Stone) was encountered in the bed of area.

Slab at lower ground floor level on tower-1 is 75% completed while columns from Basement-1 to lower ground floor are 100% completed.
- Basement-1 slab at tower-2 is 70% completed and vertical members from basement-1 to lower ground floor slab are about 80% completed.
- Formwork erection for lower ground floor slab is 85% completed.
- On tower-3, work is in progress on lower ground floor slab; more than 75% work on the activity is completed.
