       Underground Electrification
DHA Islamabad has acheived another milestone by successfully implementing underground electricity supply system in Sector-A, Phase I.

An inauguration ceremony was held in Sector-A in presence of Administrator DHA Islamabad as cheif guest.

       DHA Phase I - Sector F
DHA Phase I Sector F was launched in fully developed picturesque area surrounded by captivating hills on 20th May 2008 along the calm flow of River Soan. The sector is located on a world class expressway and will also be linked with Sector E of Phase I after the construction of bridge on River Soan. Apart from the sector extends an ideal opportunity to live in a pollution free and serence environment. Sector F plots are still available for sale.

       Defence Villas
The first exceptional co-opted housing project was launched in May 2008 under a unique development plan. The residents of Defence Villas will have an exclusive access to fully developed State-of-the-Art amenities. The villas are being constructed on rafts by leading construction companies like MIDJAC, HARO & AREAA with high quality infrastructure from Habib Rafiq Limited (HRL). Phase I Sector F launched on 25th June 0, the project comprises of premium shops & apartments having 4 segments of Boulevard Avenue, Mall & Centre. A commercial project located along with the Islamabad Highway was launced on 2 Jun 08.       Phase II Main Office DHA Islamabad
DHA Phase-II Main Office has been constructed in Sector A. Jacaranda Family Club Sales & Marketing Office residing in main office is dealing with the membership of JFC whereas Main Office is dealing with all the projects of DHA Islamabad.

The Departments functioning in Ph-II main office are Project Dte, TP & BC Dte(BC-II), Adm Dte, IT Dte, Security Dte, Horticulture & Exchange.

'Wi-Tribe' with its state of art Wireless Broadband is available in Phase 2 and likely to commissioned in Phase I shortly.

Other DSL services of PTCL (DSL), Micronet and LinkDotNet in Phase I whereas varing strength of Wateen, Warid, PTCL (EVO), Mobilink, Ufone are also available in Phase I & II.

DHA Teleman, a joint venture company for broadband solution is currently providing overhead Cable TV Services to DHA community.

Work on underground wired PTCL Services and HFC Broadband Service of DHA Teleman is going to start very soon.

      World Trade Center & 5-Star Hotel
World Trade Center is a venture that's being crafted by Al-Ghurair Giga Pakistan (pvt) Ltd on "Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Road (G.T Road)" located in Phase-II.

Work is in progress on the five office towers and the hotel tower of the World Trade Center Islambad. Pilling work on the hotel is on hold as hard stratum (Sand Stone) was encountered in the bed of area.

  • Slab at lower ground floor level on tower-1 is 75% completed while columns from Basement-1 to lower ground floor are 100% completed.
  • Basement-1 slab at tower-2 is 70% completed and vertical members from basement-1 to lower ground floor slab are about 80% completed.
  • Formwork erection for lower ground floor slab is 85% completed.
  • On tower-3, work is in progress on lower ground floor slab; more than 75% work on the activity is completed.
  • Basement-2 slab at tower-4 is 70% completed while construction of vertical members is in progress.
  • Work on the tower-5 is completed up to Basement-2 slab. 50% slab while is casted. Engineers are pleased that LTA(Lost Time Accidents) is NIL. Site safety and logistics are as per international standards.

RISE DHA Islamabad will be an institution of a unique nature that will provide research facilities in addition to eduction, vocational training and boarding facilities for 400 – 500 special children of different age groups so that they become useful members of the society. The main emphasis will be on the physically and mentally handicapped in this Research Institute. It is being established at 35.5 Kanals (5 Acres) of prime land, fully developed and allocated by DHA Islamabad Phase-II.

Launched on 18 August 08 adjacent to DHA Phase II Extension. The project has written new stories of success & met with unmatched response from the general public.
