By the grace of Al mighty construction activity in Phase-I is in full swing and the contract for its re-engineering has been given to National Logistic Cell to bring it at par with the latest standards of development. The development of Phase-II is almost complete which has been developed on international specifications of development. Construction activity in Phase-II has already commenced. Contract for development of Phase-I extension has been finalized and development work will start within next two months. Survey and town planning of Phase-II extension and Phase-III is in progress.

In order to ensure world class development standards multinational consultants of world repute has been engaged and projects by Alghurair, Emmar from Dubai have been planned in almost all Phases. A unique club is under construction in Phase-II, while a beautiful golf course and Air strip have been planned in future phases of Defence Housing Authority Islamabad.
